P&O Cruises is the oldest cruise line in the world, having operated the world’s first passenger ships in the early 19th century.
When P&O Cruises introduced their new corporate identity we were chosen to develop the application of their new brand to the hulls of all vessels in the fleet. We took CAD drawings of each vessel in order to calculate the optimal size and placement of the brand for maximum impact and visibility. We then liaised with specialist paint manufacturers to ensure the colour specifications set in the corporate identity were met.
Furthermore, we have been responsible for P&O Cruises’ fleetwide signage design, manufacture and maintenance programs, as well as having provided strategic advice and guidance for its introduction of new brands for the past 20 years.
Some of the public room identities we have designed for P&O Cruises can also be seen on their latest vessel ‘Britannia’, including Sindhu, The Glass House and Java Cafe
